These Terms of Sale govern orders placed through https://www.lorevine.nl. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Seller

Lorévine("Lorévine")
KVK: 98981684 · BTW (VAT): NL005364653B43
Email: hello@lorevine.nl

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. Slight variations in shade and grain are inherent to natural leather and not considered a defect.

3. Orders & prices

  • Prices are shown in euros (EUR), VAT included where applicable.
  • Customs duties for shipments outside the EU (e.g. United Kingdom) are the buyer's responsibility unless we explicitly cover them at checkout.
  • A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email after successful payment.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods enabled in your region. We do not store full card details.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt of payment. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on destination and carrier. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. See the Returns & Right of Withdrawal page for the full procedure and a model withdrawal form.

7. Legal warranty

Products must be in conformity with the contract and free of defects. EU consumers benefit from a statutory two-year legal guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771. Contact us if a product is defective or non-conforming and we will repair, replace or refund as required by law.

8. Privacy & cookies

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so under applicable consumer-protection rules.

10. Complaints & out-of-court resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@lorevine.nl. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Governing law

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, these terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Orders are governed by the version in effect at the time the order was placed.
