Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all orders placed through https://www.lorevine.nl. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colours, materials and dimensions accurately on the product page. Slight variations in shade, grain and natural marks are inherent to full-grain leather and are not considered defects.

3. Orders and prices

  • Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.
  • Customs duties for shipments outside the EU (for example to the United Kingdom) are the buyer's responsibility unless we explicitly cover them at checkout.
  • An order becomes a binding contract once we send you an order-confirmation email after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We accept major credit and debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods enabled in your region. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on destination and carrier (PostNL, DHL, GLS or equivalent). Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. We voluntarily extend this period as set out in our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page, which also contains the full procedure and the model withdrawal form.

7. Legal warranty of conformity

Products must conform to the contract and be free of defects. EU consumers benefit from a statutory two-year legal guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If a product is defective or non-conforming, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as required by law, at no cost to you.

8. Privacy and cookies

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so under applicable consumer-protection rules — including liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@lorevine.nl. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, these terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Orders are governed by the version in effect at the time the order was placed.
