We want you to love your Lorévine pieces. If something is not right, you can return it — easily, and within a generous window. This page sets out your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law and the practical steps for returning your order.
1. Your right to withdraw (EU / UK consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods.
2. How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us with a clear statement before the deadline:
- By email: info@lorevine.nl
- Or using the model withdrawal form below.
Model withdrawal form
To: Lorévine — info@lorevine.nl I/We hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: — Order number: ___________________ — Ordered on / received on: ___________________ — Name of consumer(s): ___________________ — Address of consumer(s): ___________________ — Signature (only if this form is on paper): ___________________ — Date: ___________________
3. Condition of returned goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Items must be returned unworn (other than to try on briefly indoors), with all tags, protective wrapping, dust bag and the original box intact.
4. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery — but excluding any supplementary cost arising if you chose a delivery option more expensive than the standard one we offer. Reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.
Refunds are issued using the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back — whichever is earliest.
5. Returning the goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we explicitly offer free return shipping at the time of your order. We recommend using a tracked service — until the goods reach us, they remain your responsibility.
6. Return address
Please email us at info@lorevine.nl before sending. We will confirm the current return address and provide a reference number to speed up processing.
7. Defective, damaged or non-conforming products
EU consumers benefit from a statutory two-year legal guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If a product arrives damaged, or develops a defect within this period, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange the appropriate remedy — repair, replacement, or refund — as required by law, at no cost to you. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition to, and does not limit, these statutory rights.
8. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made-to-measure or clearly personalised. Unless explicitly marked as such on the product page, all our pieces are standard stock items and are fully covered by the right of withdrawal.
