1. Your right to withdraw
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you (including the cost of delivery, except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision.
Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment as the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
4. Returning the goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
5. Return address
Please contact us before sending — we will confirm the current return address and provide any reference numbers.
6. Defective or non-conforming products
EU consumers benefit from a statutory two-year legal guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If a product arrives damaged or develops a defect within this period, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a remedy (repair, replacement, refund) as required by law. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition to and does not limit these statutory rights.
