All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands via trusted carriers such as DHL, DPD and PostNL.
We process and ship your order within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

We offer free shipping on all EU orders over €75.
For orders below €75, a small flat rate is applied at checkout depending on your country.
All shipping costs are shown clearly before you complete your order.
RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Lorévine purchase, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
Unworn and in original condition
In the original shoebox and packaging
Free from marks, damage or signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
