3. Total price
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs and any customs duties applicable to deliveries outside the EU are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees.
4. Payment, delivery and performance
- Payment methods: credit/debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other regionally enabled methods, processed securely by Stripe.
- Dispatch: typically within 2 working days of payment.
- Delivery: by carrier; estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and depends on destination.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page. That page also contains the model withdrawal form.
6. Cost of returning the goods
Unless we explicitly offer free return shipping at the time of your order, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
7. Legal guarantee of conformity
EU consumers benefit from a statutory two-year legal guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within this period, in accordance with national consumer-protection law.

9. Codes of conduct
We are not currently subscribed to a sectoral code of conduct.
10. Duration of the contract
Sale contracts terminate once the goods have been delivered and paid for, subject to your right of withdrawal and your statutory legal-guarantee rights.
